Job summary

Summit, a brand of Elior North America, is seeking an experienced Cook Supervisor to join the Norfolk, VA Corrections team. You will coordinate and supervise kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to sanitation and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires at least one year of culinary experience, knowledge of proper culinary methods, strong attention to detail, and proven supervisory ability to lead a team; food handlers certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• At least one year's culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask.
• Experience supervising a team.
