Summit, part of Elior North America, seeks an experienced cook supervisor for the Corrections team in Westminster, MD. Coordinate and supervise staff to meet quality standards in a fast-paced setting.

You will train employees, ensure on-time meal service, and uphold sanitation, portion, appearance, and temperature for all items. A minimum of one year of relevant experience and supervision is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year of culinary experience in a high-volume establishment with scratch cooking.
• Knowledge of proper culinary methods, techniques and sanitation standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supervising a team and delivering friendly customer service.
