Bluegrass Stream LLC in Illinois is seeking a Senior Corporate Recruiter to own full-cycle recruiting for key corporate roles, from intake through offer and close. You will build sourcing strategies using data, ATS tools, and market insights, partnering with hiring managers to define needs and shape selection plans.

You will lead a high-touch candidate experience, guiding applicants through a rigorous process and using recruiting metrics to improve time-to-fill and candidate quality.

• Proven experience delivering end-to-end recruiting for corporate positions.
• Strong sourcing abilities with market knowledge and data.
• Advanced proficiency with ATS systems and recruiting analytics.
• Excellent stakeholder management and candidate communication.
