Job summary

American Express Global Business Travel is seeking an experienced registration specialist to manage end-to-end attendee registration for corporate programs in the United States. You will build registration paths, manage housing and travel, and communicate with attendees from invitation through post-event follow-up.

You will run reports, handle questions, and test all sites and emails before launch. Onsite duties include badge printing and desk staffing, with strict data privacy standards

Qualifications

• Two or more years in event registration or attendee management for corporate meetings and events.
• Experience handling registration for 2,000+ attendees a year across multiple programs.
• Cvent certification, or equivalent hands-on experience building event sites, emails, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Build registration in the client's Cvent instance for assigned programs, including event sites, registration paths and forms.
• Manage attendee housing and travel details, including room blocks and manifests.
• Send attendee communications from invitation to final details, in the client's brand and voice.
• Run attendee reporting from invitation through post event, including counts and dietary needs.
• Answer attendee questions and test sites, forms, and emails before go-live.
• Run onsite registration desk, badges, check-in and changes, with travel as needed.
• Protect attendee data by following privacy rules and keeping records auditable.
• Carry registration for several programs, monitor timelines, and raise risks early.
