Qualifications

• 5+ years of full-cycle corporate recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting professional-level talent including analysts, engineers, finance, HR, supply chain, logistics, or other business support functions.
• Strong sourcing skills and ability to build candidate pipelines.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment.

Duration: Temp to Hire

Schedule: Mon-Fri 8:00-5:00

Pay: $40-$45/hr.

We're partnering with a well-established organization in Orange County seeking an experienced Recruiter to join a high-performing Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for a recruiter who enjoys partnering directly with hiring leaders, managing full-cycle recruitment, and hiring top professional talent across multiple business functions.

In this role, you'll own the recruiting process from intake through offer acceptance while supporting hiring initiatives across departments including Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Logistics, Engineering, Analytics, Payroll, Quality, and other corporate functions.

• Experience with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Cornerstone ATS experience
