Job summary

OBR is seeking a Service Superintendent to oversee cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs across sites. You will lead field teams, interact with clients, and coordinate with engineering, project management, and procurement to exceed expectations.

The role requires travel to job sites and a strong focus on safety, quality, and on-time performance in demanding environments.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2 years of field experience performing cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications.
• Knowledge and application of safety standards through OSHA training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise, mentor, and train field technicians and crews.
• Conduct safety orientations and enforce OSHA standards.
• Manage service materials, equipment rentals, and job supplies.
• Oversee service processes, subcontractor progress, and project schedules.
• Prepare service and time reports and ensure client satisfaction.
• Monitor budgets, profitability, and adherence to scope.
• Lead pre-service meetings and coordinate with supervisory and supplier personnel.
