You will mentor field crews, coordinate with management to meet schedules and budgets, and uphold OBR quality standards across diverse projects.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 years of field experience in cooling tower services.
• Knowledge of Windows-based applications and safety standards (OSHA training).

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooling tower service, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
• Interface with clients and oversee all aspects of service projects.
• Supervise and train field technicians and crews; enforce safety standards.
