Sodexo is hiring a Cook I in Tulsa Senior Nutrition for full-time hours on weekdays mornings. You will prepare, portion, cook and present a variety of hot and cold foods following Sodexo culinary standards while maintaining a clean, safe workstation in a fast-paced kitchen.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 0–2 years’ related experience, and basic knowledge of food-handling procedures and kitchen equipment.

Formación

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0 to 2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures preferred.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Requires familiarity of kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food in accordance with current applicable standards to ensure high-quality food service.
• Follow basic recipes and product directions for preparing, seasoning, cooking, tasting, carving, and serving foods.
• Estimate food requirements, check production, and keep records to plan production and requisition supplies.
• Significant walking or other mobility.
• Ability to walk or stand for extended periods of time.
• Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally 50 pounds.
• Attends work and shows for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity.
