Sodexo at Alfred University is seeking a Cook I to prepare and present a variety of hot and cold dishes for all meals and events. You’ll work in a fast-paced kitchen, follow Sodexo’s culinary standards for quality, safety, and presentation, and maintain a clean workstation.

This role requires up to 2 years of related experience, ability to read recipes, follow instructions, and operate kitchen equipment safely.

Qualificações

• High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience.
• 0–2 years of related work experience.
• Knowledge of basic operation of equipment and food-handling procedures.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Good working knowledge of food preparation.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment.
• Must be able to read and follow a recipe unsupervised.
