Paycom - ATS in the Indianapolis area is seeking a dedicated dietary aide for the Oasis at 56th. This full-time, first-shift position provides meals service to residents, adheres to safety standards, and fosters a compassionate, respectful environment that reflects the values of love and dignity.

Responsibilities include preparing diverse menus, maintaining kitchen and dining areas, and engaging residents with warmth.

Qualifications

• Must hold a ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent required.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
