Job summary

Paycom in New Whiteland, IN is seeking a part-time dietary services team member who prepares a diverse menu, accommodates dietary restrictions, and upholds safety and sanitation standards.

You will maintain kitchens and dining areas, engage with residents with warmth and dignity, and participate in ongoing learning through seminars and staff meetings. This role emphasizes love, compassion, and high-quality care with 2nd shift hours and hourly pay of $16-$17.

Qualifications

• ServSafe Manager certification required.

• Prepares a diverse menu that incorporates a variety of dietary preferences and accommodates for various restrictions
• Demonstrates dedication to high-quality dietary services while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Maintains food service areas including the kitchen and dining areas
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
• Participates in continuous learning and development opportunities through attendance and participation in educational seminars, staff meetings, and other learning experiences
