Reflections Retirement Community in Mattoon, IL is seeking a dedicated Dietary/Kitchen staff member to prepare diverse menus that respect dietary restrictions while maintaining high safety standards. You will help keep kitchens and dining areas clean and inviting, and interact with residents in a caring, respectful way that reflects love, compassion, and dignity.

The role emphasizes continuous learning, attendance at educational seminars, and participation in staff meetings to improve service

Qualifications

• Must hold current ServSafe Manager certification.
• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.
