Job summary

Reflections Retirement Community at Oasis at 30th in Indianapolis is seeking a part-time Dining Associate for the 2nd shift. You will serve meals to residents with attention to dietary needs, and help prepare dining areas to provide a welcoming social setting.

You will also maintain a clean kitchen, follow safety protocols, and engage with residents with compassion and dignity while supporting a caring community.

Qualifications

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
• ServSafe Food Handler Certification within 90 days of start.
• Ability to serve with love, compassion, and dignity.

Responsibilities

• Serves high-quality, nourishing meals, snacks, and beverages to our residents in consideration of dietary preferences and restrictions
• Prepares dining areas, providing a clean and welcoming environment for resident social gathering and meals
• Assists in maintaining a sanitary and organized kitchen while ensuring compliance to safety and sanitation protocols
• Engages with residents in a compassionate and impactful manner, cultivating a warm and supportive environment where the values of love, compassion, and dignity are reflected in every interaction
