Job summary

Beef 'O' Brady's is hiring for a back-of-the-house team member in Florida. You will prep, cook, and plate menu items according to recipe specs while maintaining quality and fast service for guests.

The position emphasizes teamwork, a positive attitude, and ability to read tickets and prep sheets. Flexible part-time or full-time scheduling, with compensation of $14.00–$18.00 per hour, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older per state/local rules.
• Available to work weekend and holiday shifts.
• Able to read tickets, recipes, prep sheets, and spec charts in English.
• Capable of operating grill, fryers, oven, and other kitchen equipment.
• Able to stand, bend, and lift up to 60 pounds.
• Exposure to heat of kitchen environment.

Our back-of-the-house team members are responsible for prepping, cooking, and plating up Beef's delicious menu items according to recipe specs. They take pride in preparing quality food and providing fast service to keep our guests happy. Positive attitudes and teamwork are a must at Beef's.
