Job summary

Acloché LLC is seeking a Controls Engineer for its southwest Atlanta metro manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime in an Allen Bradley PLC environment.

Responsibilities include leading manufacturing projects, generating technical reports, and coordinating with cross-functional teams while maintaining safety compliance.

Qualifications

• Troubleshoot electrical and control-system faults on production equipment.
• Modify machine control programs to improve safety and efficiency.
• Design and implement control-system changes for projects.

Responsibilities

• Maintain relationships with maintenance, tooling, and engineering teams.
• Troubleshoot 24V to 480V electrical systems and diagnose faults.
• Support projects with controls engineering expertise from design to FAT.
• Lead project activities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare technical reports and documentation for controls work.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards.
