Job summary

Talent With Heart is seeking a seasoned Controls Engineer for its southwest Atlanta metro area manufacturing facility. The role focuses on troubleshooting, programming, and integrating equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

Experience with Allen-Bradley PLCs and a strong electrical background is essential. You will collaborate across departments, lead projects, and support or guide others while maintaining rigorous safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience.
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider 2+ years.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and program equipment and automation systems across departments.
• Lead/participate in controls projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare technical reports and FAT/QA documentation.
• Maintain safety compliance with OHSA and internal EHS.
