Recruiters' Network Inc. is seeking a skilled Controls Engineer for our southwest suburban Atlanta manufacturing facility.

The role involves troubleshooting, programming, and integrating equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime in an Allen Bradley PLC environment. The position requires strong electrical and programming skills, experience with robotic platforms, and the ability to lead manufacturing projects from initiation through completion.

Formación

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education with related work experience
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years

Responsabilidades

• Maintain effective relationships with Maintenance, Toolroom, Manufacturing Engineering, Technology Team and Production to support operations and continuous improvement initiatives
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment from 24V control circuits to 480V circuits, diagnose faults and implement corrective actions
• Support manufacturing projects with controls engineering expertise: specification, electrical circuits, PLC/HMI programming, commissioning and troubleshooting
• Lead projects by coordinating activities, timelines, and requirements with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and maintain technical reports and FAT-related documentation
• Maintain compliance with OHSA and internal EHS and regulatory standards
