Job summary

LRSolutions, LLC in the Atlanta area seeks a skilled Controls Engineer to join its manufacturing facility. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems in an Allen Bradley PLC environment, supporting stamping, die casting, plating, finishing, and assembly processes.

Responsibilities include electrical troubleshooting, modifying machine programs, leading or supporting projects, and producing technical reports while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance

Qualifications

• Four years of technical education or degree; 2–5 years controls experience preferred.
• Experience in Allen-Bradley PLC environments.
• Knowledge of electrical schematics and diagnostic tools.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and control systems on production equipment.
• Modify machine programs to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.
• Lead or support controls engineering projects from initiation to completion.
• Prepare technical reports, FATs, and related documentation.
• Ensure compliance with OHSA and internal EHS safety standards.
