Top Echelon Software, LLC is seeking a Controls Engineer to join their Atlanta area facility. You will troubleshoot, program, and integrate equipment and automation systems to improve safety, efficiency, and uptime.

The role requires PLC/HMI programming in an Allen-Bradley environment, and collaboration across departments to lead projects from initiation through completion. Relocation assistance is available for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Four years of technical education or degree, or two years of technical education in conjunction with related work experience and/or training.
• Prefer at least 5 years as a controls engineer, but will consider at least 2 years as a controls engineer.

Responsabilités

• Maintain effective working relationships with related departments to support manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Perform electrical troubleshooting on production equipment from 24V to 480V circuits and diagnose faults.
• Support manufacturing projects with controls engineering expertise including design, programming, commissioning, and troubleshooting.
• Lead manufacturing projects by coordinating activities, timelines, and requirements with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain technical reports and documentation related to controls engineering activities.
• Maintain compliance with safety regulations and standards set by OHSA and internal EHS teams.
