Job summary

Electrical Automation Services is seeking a qualified Controls Engineer for our Glendale/Avondale, AZ operation. This on-site role supports high-speed beverage production with expert PLC/HMI/drive troubleshooting, process improvements, and project leadership.

You will mentor technicians, implement automation upgrades, and collaborate with operations, maintenance, engineering, and quality teams to enhance safety, reliability, and throughput.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in engineering technology or related automation field.
• Experience with PLCs, HMIs, drives, and electrical schematics in a high-speed manufacturing setting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-shift controls and automation expert, providing Tier 1 and 2 support.
• Diagnose PLC/HMI/VFD/servo/network issues and restore production safely.
