Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an experienced Manager, Solution Delivery in its Finance Operate practice in the United States. You will help grow our Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services, shape client solutions, and lead mobilization and delivery for ER&I engagements.

You will collaborate with senior leaders, drive sales pursuits, and ensure governance and performance across projects. Strong accounting, project leadership, and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, records-to-report, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry or serving ER&I clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Willingness to travel 50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report opportunities in ER&I.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow including pipeline visibility and prioritization.
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance, transition planning, and service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
