Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or with clients in that sector.
• Experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel ~50% on average.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Master's degree and CPA license are preferred.
• Experience with ERP/finance tech such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, OneStream.
• 12+ years in finance, controllership, managed services, or solution delivery.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / Record-to-Report opportunities within the Energy, Resources & Industrials Industry
• Lead business development activities, sales pursuits, proposal development, client presentations, pre-request for proposal materials, and request for proposal responses for Finance Operate opportunities
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow for the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector, including pipeline visibility, opportunity qualification, pursuit prioritization, solution coordination, and handoff to mobilization and delivery teams
• Lead or support engagement mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance setup, transition planning, service management, issue resolution, and operational reporting
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement across finance operations engagements
