Job summary

Deloitte’s Finance Operate team in the United States seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to shape Controllership / Record-to-Report managed services for Energy, Resources & Industrials. You will partner with CFOs and finance leaders to design scalable solutions and lead mobilization and delivery excellence.

You will drive BD activities, coordinate proposals, manage deal flow, and mentor teams while delivering measurable improvements in control, reporting, and automation across client

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or serving ER&I clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Willingness to travel ~50% and authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership / RoR opportunities in ER&I.
• Lead business development activities, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow with pipeline visibility and qualification.
• Lead or support mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance, transition, and service management.
• Drive continuous improvement, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
