Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, record-to-report operations, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years of experience in managed services, shared services, outsourced delivery, or finance operations.
• 6+ years of experience in Energy, Resources & Industrials or serving ER&I clients.
• Experience supporting or leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.
• Ability to travel 50% on average.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Preferred: Master's degree, CPA license, ER&I experience, ERP/finance tech experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, BlackLine, OneStream), process improvement or service delivery transformation, 12+ years in finance/controllership/managed services.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report in ER&I.
• Lead business development, proposals, client presentations, and RFP responses for Finance Operate.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow with pipeline visibility and prioritization.
• Lead or support mobilization and ongoing delivery, including governance, transition, and reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement, standardization, automation, and technology enablement.
