Deloitte seeks a Manager, Solution Delivery to expand the Controllership/Record-to-Report managed services within the Energy, Resources & Industrials sector. You will shape client solutions, support sales pursuits, and partner with senior leaders to mobilize and deliver complex finance engagements.

Ideal candidates bring accounting mastery, experience in managed services, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams, drive improvements, and manage multiple fast-paced initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• 10+ years in accounting, financial reporting, controllership, or finance transformation.
• 6+ years in managed services, shared services, or outsourced delivery.
• 6+ years in Energy, Resources & Industrials industry or with such clients.
• Experience leading solutioning, transition, mobilization, or delivery for finance managed services.

Responsibilities

• Architect and shape managed services solutions for Controllership/Record-to-Report in ER&I.
• Lead business development activities and client proposals for Finance Operate opportunities.
• Manage Finance Operate deal flow, including pipeline visibility and qualification.
• Lead or support mobilization and delivery, including governance and transition planning.
• Drive standardization, automation, and technology enablement across engagements.
