Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Understanding basic risk and control concepts with supervision.
• Supports change initiatives and assesses impact with supervision.
• Develops persuasion using basic facts and engages stakeholders.
• Builds relationships with internal stakeholders and communicates clearly.
• Contributes to team goals and fosters an inclusive environment.
• Participates in lessons learned sessions and captures project insights.
• Organizes information and applies structured approaches to simple problems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze risk and control environments, identify gaps, and root causes.
• Design, implement, and monitor controls using digital tools, automation, and data analytics.
• Dive into program data (KRI/KPI), use analytics to create actionable reports.
• Support Risk & Control Self-Assessments with process walkthroughs and mapping exercises.
• Support control program initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and drive improvements through innovation.
• Apply digital risk management, automation, AI, and agile practices in daily work.
