Job summary

You will lead risk assessments, develop data-driven reports, and drive continuous improvement using automation and analytics. Strong communication and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Ability to independently apply risk management practices and escalate when needed.
• Experience with change management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with data-driven storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Advise stakeholders to analyze risks and controls, identifying gaps and root causes.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI), create reports, and support business decisions.
• Lead risk & control self-assessments through process walkthroughs and mapping.
• Lead control program projects, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive improvements via new technology.
• Apply digital risk management, agile methods, and automation to advance the function.
