Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business, identify gaps, and advise solutions.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation, AI, and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI), use analytics/visualization tools, and create reports for decisions.
• Own Risk & Control Self-Assessments by leading process walkthroughs and mapping exercises.
• Lead or support control program projects, ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile ways of working, and automation to move the organization forward.
