You will collaborate with executives to design and implement robust controls, leveraging automation and data analytics to build a proactive risk culture.

The role emphasizes managing risk assessments, driving improvements, and ensuring regulatory compliance while advancing the organization through digital risk practices and agile methodologies.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in financial services with experience in controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
• Proven ability to apply risk management practices in routine situations and escalate when needed.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Experience using analytics and visualization tools to support risk-based decisions.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to analyze risks and controls across the business.
• Design, set up, and monitor controls using automation and data analytics.
• Review program data (KRI/KPI) and create reports to support business decisions.
• Take ownership of Risk & Control Self-Assessments through process walkthroughs and mapping.
• Lead or support control program projects ensuring regulatory compliance and driving improvements with new technology.
• Bring in digital risk management, agile methods, and automation to advance the function.
