JPMorganChase in the United States seeks a Consumer Banking Associate Program Control Manager to strengthen risk and control practices within CCB. You will partner with stakeholders to analyze risks, design controls, and monitor program effectiveness using data analytics and digital tools.

You will support Risk & Control Self-Assessments, contribute to automation, AI/ML, and LLM initiatives, and help ensure regulatory alignment while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in financial services with controls, audit, QA, or risk management.
• Understands basic risk and control concepts with supervision.
• Supports change initiatives and assesses impact with supervision.
• Develops stakeholder influence with factual arguments and data.
• Builds relationships and clear communication with internal teams.
• Creates basic presentations and documents for reviews.
• Demonstrates structured thinking to solve simple problems.

Responsibilities

• Analyze risk and control environment with stakeholders and identify gaps.
• Design, implement, and monitor controls using data analytics and automation.
• Work with program data (KRI/KPI) and create reports to drive decisions.
• Support Risk & Control Self-Assessments with process walkthroughs.
• Support control program initiatives ensuring regulatory compliance and improvements.
