JPMorganChase is seeking a Consumer Banking Associate Program Control Manager to partner with stakeholders, analyze risk, and support control design and monitoring using digital tools and data analytics. You will contribute to Risk & Control Self-Assessments and drive innovation in automation and AI practices.

Qualifications

3+ years in financial services with controls, audit, quality assurance, or operational risk management.
Understanding risk concepts, escalation procedures, and identifying straightforward risks under supervision.
Supports change initiatives, tools, and processes with supervision, assessing impact.
Strong stakeholder communication, presentation and documentation skills.
Team oriented with inclusive collaboration and knowledge sharing.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze risk and control environment, spot gaps, and root causes.
Design, implement, and monitor controls using digital tools, automation, and data analytics.
Dive into program data (e.g., KRI/KPI), create reports to drive smart decisions.
Support Risk & Control Self-Assessments by collecting information for process walkthroughs.
Support control program initiatives to meet regulatory requirements and drive improvements.
Apply digital risk management, automation, AI, and agile practices in daily work.
