Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States to manage the contract process in a fast-paced tech environment. The role requires administering, reviewing, and analyzing contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with specifications, policies, and legal standards.

You will work with Sales, Finance, and Legal to streamline CLM workflows. The ideal candidate has 1–4 years of contract experience, familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, and SharePoint, and strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in technology.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate signatories for contract completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter contractual metadata for retrieval.
• Perform database cleanup in CLM/Salesforce and validate data.
• Manage the shared Legal mailbox and queues; respond to inquiries.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to resolve issues in contract processes.
• Assist Legal in updating standard contracts and improving templates.
• Generate new contractual documents as requested and research applicable documents.
• Review documents to determine contractual obligations.
