Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States to manage contract processes in a fast-paced, high-technology environment. You will administer, review, and analyze contracts and licenses ensuring compliance with specifications, policies, and legal standards, supporting successful execution of agreements.

The role requires attention to detail, independent work, and collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Legal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM application.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong communication skills, including cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate to ensure contract completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter metadata into Salesforce, CLM, SharePoint or other repository for easy retrieval.
• Perform database cleanup activities in CLM/Salesforce, validating and correcting data.
• Monitor the shared Legal mailbox and work queues to respond to inquiries and requests.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues in the process.
• Assist Legal in identifying areas for improvement in standard contracts.
• Generate new contractual documents as needed.
• Research documents requested by legal staff.
• Review and analyze documents to determine contractual obligations.
