Job summary

You will administer, review, and analyze contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with policies and legal standards, while supporting negotiations and document generation.

The role requires attention to detail, independent work habits, and experience with CLM systems like Salesforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, ideally in tech.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or CLM.
• Familiarity with AI tools and applications.
• Strong communication skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories via DocuSign and coordinate sign-offs.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter metadata.
• Cleanup data in CLM/Salesforce and validate records.
• Handle Legal mailbox queries and triage requests.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.
• Identify improvements for standard contracts and templates.
• Generate new contract documents as needed.
• Review documents to determine contractual obligations.
