Job summary
Rocket Software is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States to manage the contract lifecycle, review and analyze contracts, and ensure compliance with company policies and legal standards. The role supports timely execution of agreements and licensing requirements in a fast-paced tech environment.
You will administer signatories with DocuSign, track metadata in Salesforce/CLM/SharePoint, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues while identifying improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 1–4 years of contract experience in the tech sector preferred.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM applications.
- Knowledge of AI tools.
- Strong cross-functional communication and attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Set up contract signatories with DocuSign and coordinate approvals.
- Enter contractual metadata into Salesforce, CLM, SharePoint or other repositories.
- Perform database cleanup in CLM/Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.
- Monitor the Legal mailbox and queue to respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with Sales, Finance and Legal to resolve issues.
