Job summary

Rocket Software is seeking a Contracts Administrator in the United States to manage and facilitate contract processes in a fast-paced, high-tech environment. You will administer, review, and analyze contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with specifications and company policies, while supporting the full contract lifecycle.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 1–4 years of contract experience, with knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or CLM tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in technology.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM tools.
• Familiarity with AI tools and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and input metadata.
• Perform data cleanup in CLM/Salesforce and ensure data accuracy.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.
