Job summary

Rocket Software in the United States is seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the contract lifecycle in a fast-paced, high-technology environment. You will review, analyze, and administer contracts and licenses to ensure compliance with specifications and company policy.

You will set up Signatories with DocuSign, file in CLM/Salesforce, and collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues, while improving standard contracts and generating new documents.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience in tech preferred.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or CLM applications.
• Familiarity with AI tools.
• Strong cross-functional communication and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter metadata.
• Clean up data in CLM/Salesforce and validate records.
• Monitor Legal mailbox and work queues for inquiries.
• Communicate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.
• Assist Legal in improving standard contracts.
• Generate new contractual documents and research documents.
