Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–4 years of contract experience, preferably in the technology sector.
• Knowledge of Salesforce, DocuSign, SharePoint or other CLM application.
• Familiarity with AI Tools.
• Strong communication skills with cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple activities.

Responsibilities

• Set up contract signatories using DocuSign and coordinate contract completion.
• File contracts in CLM/Salesforce and enter contractual metadata.
• Perform CLM/Salesforce data cleanup and validation.
• Monitor anticipated inquiries in the Legal mailbox and queues.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Legal to resolve issues.
