Unily is hiring a Contracts Manager to support both new business and renewals. You will draft, negotiate, and manage MSAs, order forms, amendments, and other documents, while coordinating with Sales, Legal, and Privacy teams.

You will maintain templates, report on contract activity, and ensure accurate contract records across systems. You will manage a high volume of renewal activity with short turnaround times, helping transition customers to new templates and terms as needed.

Competenze

• Experience in contract management or legal operations in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts, amendments, templates, and related documents.
• Experience supporting sales or renewals in a software/SaaS environment is helpful.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in document control and record keeping.
• Clear written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and related documentation; support US Contracts Counsel on new opportunities.
• Act as a primary contact for contracting requests across Sales, Finance, and other teams.
• Draft, update, and maintain contract templates and policies; migrate legacy customers to current standards.
• Maintain templates, coordinates approvals, and progress contracts to completion.
