Job summary

HubSpot is seeking a Contract Manager to own the commercial success of accounts by driving renewals, expansions, and value-led conversations. You will identify growth opportunities and partner with Customer Success to ensure strong renewal outcomes in a fast-paced, AI-first environment.

You will manage multiple engagements, craft renewal strategies, and leverage data-driven insights to mitigate risk while aligning contract terms with customer goals.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Customer Success, Account Management or another customer-facing SaaS role.
• Experience leading renewals, negotiations or complex contract discussions.
• Ability to manage multiple customer engagements in a high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in renewal discussions.
• Experience building trusted relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strong prioritisation, organisation, and attention-to-detail.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate renewals and contract changes while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
• Identify expansion opportunities by aligning HubSpot AI-powered solutions to business outcomes.
• Lead conversations combining discovery, value articulation, renewal planning, and commercial execution.
• Partner with Customer Success Managers to execute contract renewals and support long-term success.
• Forecast renewal outcomes and maintain accurate deal pipelines.
• Contribute feedback to improve Contract Management processes and tools.
