Unily is seeking a Contracts Manager to support renewals and new business across our US-based SaaS agreements. You will negotiate, draft, and manage a broad portfolio of contracts, ensure templates stay current, and partner with Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Finance to move deals forward efficiently.

You will handle a high volume of renewal requests, maintain contract records in systems like Salesforce and SharePoint, and provide reporting on contract terms.

Competenze

• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing contracts in high-volume environments.
• Ability to work with Sales, Account Management, and Finance teams.
• Proficiency with MS Word and Excel; familiarity with Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga, SimpleDocs.

Mansioni

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and related docs.
• Maintain templates, templates versions, and contracting policies.
• Coordinate input and approvals across Legal, Privacy, Finance, Sales, and Success teams.
• Track new business and renewal activity with regular status updates.
• Support US Contracts Counsel on new customer agreements as needed.
• Move contracts through to completion with efficient handling.
