Job summary

Unily, a leading employee experience platform, is seeking a Contracts Manager to handle renewals and new customer agreements. You will draft, negotiate and manage contracts, templates and records, working with Sales, Legal and Privacy teams.

The role focuses on efficient contracting and protecting business interests in a fast-paced environment. You will manage a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, advance discussions with stakeholders, and ensure compliant, timely execution of renewals and

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, sales operations or similar.
• Draft, negotiate and manage contracts and amendments in high-volume environments.
• Experience in software/SaaS context is helpful but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract queue by reviewing, prioritizing and progressing requests.
• Draft, negotiate and manage customer contracts, MSAs, orders and amendments.
• Serve as primary contact for contracting requests from Sales and internal teams.
• Maintain templates, documentation and contracting policies.
• Ensure correct template version and contracting position are used.
• Coordinate with Legal, Privacy, Finance, Sales, Customer Success for approvals.
• Maintain contract records, signatures and related docs in systems.
• Track new business and renewal activity and provide status updates.
• Identify ways to improve contracting processes and templates.
• Carry out other contract management activities as needed.
