Job summary

Unily, a leader in AI-native employee experience, is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee a broad portfolio of commercial agreements, including renewals and new business opportunities. You will negotiate, draft, and manage MSAs, order forms, amendments, and related documentation while maintaining contract records across systems.

You will partner with Legal, Privacy, Sales, Finance, and other teams to ensure timely responses, accurate templates, and compliant contracting practices.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, or renewals in a high-volume environment.
• Ability to draft, negotiate, and manage contracts and amendments with stakeholders.
• Experience or familiarity with SaaS/software agreements is helpful.

Responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts and related documentation; support renewals and amendments.
• Act as primary contact for contracting requests from Sales, Finance, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain templates, templates versions, and contracting policies; migrate legacy customers to current standards.
• Coordinate input and approvals to progress contracts to completion; track activity and provide status updates.
