Unily Inc. in Illinois seeks a Contracts Manager to lead drafting, negotiating, and managing customer agreements across renewals and new business in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

You will collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Sales, and Finance to maintain templates, track approvals, and ensure compliant contracting while protecting business interests. Hybrid work and a strong benefits package accompany this role.

Competenze

• Experience in contract management, legal operations, or renewals.
• Ability to draft and negotiate high-volume contracts.
• Excellent documentation control and versioning.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication.
• Proficient in MS Word and Excel; comfortable with related systems.

Mansioni

• Review, draft, negotiate, and manage customer contracts, amendments, renewals, and related documents.
• Lead template maintenance and ensure correct contracting positions across systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Legal, Privacy, Finance and other stakeholders to progress contracts.
• Support transitioning legacy customers to current templates and terms.
• Provide regular status updates and reporting on contract activity.
• Escalate issues when requests fall outside approved templates or processes.
• Maintain accurate contract records in Salesforce, SharePoint, Conga and SimpleDocs.
• Support renewal negotiations and bespoke arrangements for high-risk deals.
• Identify process improvements to speed contracting while protecting the business.
