Zusammenfassung

360 Synergy, a software provider for contractors, is hiring an Account Manager who will be the face of the company for contractor customers. You’ll run live demos to turn prospects into paying users and own the post-sale relationship—onboarding, adoption, and revenue growth.

This hybrid sales + customer success role requires comfort with software demos, strong communication, and a track record of meeting quotas.

Qualifikationen

2–5 years in a customer-facing SaaS role or similar
Experience demoing software live
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Track record of meeting quota or retention/expansion goals
Self-starter capable of working remotely
Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software

Aufgaben

Run product demos for contractor prospects, tailoring the pitch to their trade, size and pain points
Convert demos into signed customers and hit a monthly new-account quota
Onboard new accounts: kickoff calls, training, data migration coordination, adoption checks through 90 days
Own a book of business as the primary contact for questions, escalations and renewals
Monitor account health (usage, logins, support tickets) and intervene to prevent churn
Identify expansion opportunities and close them
Gather product feedback from the field and relay it to product/engineering
