Job summary

Cloud Accountant Staffing LLC in the United States seeks a Customer Success/Account Manager for a 100% remote, full‑time independent contractor role. You will own onboarding, nurture client relationships, and drive growth from day one, aligning with CAS processes and best practices.

You will coordinate setup, run regular reviews, develop guides, and identify opportunities to scale client teams. Strong English, process mindset, and experience with CRM tools are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a customer-facing role such as customer success or account management.
• Clear written and spoken English with the ability to explain complex ideas simply.
• Strong attention to detail and client-first mindset.
• Interest in process improvement, documentation, and operational efficiency.
• Familiarity with Slack, Notion, HubSpot, or Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding calls and guide new clients through CAS workflows.
• Coordinate setup between clients, placement team, and newly placed team members.
• Flag early risks and elevate them to ensure client success.
• Check in proactively, answer questions promptly, and close gaps before they appear.
• Run regular reviews, trainings, and Q&A sessions over video calls.
• Create simple guides, templates, and email sequences to add value.
• Identify opportunities to expand each client’s team and support growth.
• Gather client feedback and share it with leadership to improve service.
• Document best practices and reusable engagement templates.
• Improve internal workflows and support team projects as they arise.
