Job summary

Cloud Software Group is seeking an Account Technology Strategist to drive Net New ARR by translating regulatory and business challenges into technology solutions. You will deliver tailored demos, run trials/POCs, and work with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partners across Americas and international markets.

Applicants should have deep Compliance/FinTech expertise, strong storytelling, and the ability to engage senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise SaaS, FinTech, RegTech or related customer-facing tech roles.
Experience in Compliance, FinTech or RegTech with regulatory challenges.
Knowledge of regulatory compliance, surveillance, information governance, eDiscovery.
Understanding of SaaS/cloud tech, APIs, data sources, and modern enterprise architectures.
Ability to translate regulatory/business challenges into tech use cases and demos.
Proven pre-sales experience supporting net-new customer acquisition.

Responsibilities

Support Net New customer acquisition across Americas and international markets.
Deliver tailored product demonstrations and POCs with clear success criteria.
Collaborate with Sales, Solutions Architects, and Partners throughout the sales cycle.
Translate requirements into compelling Arctera use cases and solution narratives.
Address objections and articulate differentiation in competitive opportunities.
Assist with RFP/RFI responses and stakeholder engagements.
