Ryder System, Inc. is seeking a recruiter to manage end-to-end contractor hiring, from sourcing through onboarding. The role emphasizes collaboration with operations, HR, and hiring managers to fill accounts across busy markets.

The ideal candidate will handle multiple recruiting campaigns, deliver updates on market conditions, and push for customer satisfaction in all assignments, while supporting additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Responsabilités

• Administrate defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, HR, and recruitment teammates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management of market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Execute recruitment strategies including advertising, job fairs, remote recruitment methods, and maintaining recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
