The role involves recruitment updates, KPI-driven performance, and leveraging advertising methods, job fairs, and remote recruitment techniques; the company offers potential annual bonus and comprehensive benefits.

Competenze

• 2+ years of experience in full life-cycle recruiting.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Ability to work with Hiring Managers and HR teams.

Mansioni

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop and manage relationships with Dedicated Senior Operations Team, Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and recruitment team-mates.
• Provide recruitment updates and inform management about market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Implement recruitment strategies including advertising methods, job fairs, remote recruitment techniques, and maintenance of recruitment materials.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
