Ryder Supply Chain Solutions is seeking a results-oriented Recruiter to manage full life-cycle recruiting for contract roles across our Texas-based operations. You will source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and coordinate onboarding for contractors.

This role emphasizes building relationships with operations teams, hiring managers, HR, and the recruitment network; results will be measured by KPI targets and timely fills, with eligibility for bonus based on performance.

Qualificações

• H.S. Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) – intermediate level.

Responsabilidades

• Administer defined external/internal recruitment processes to ensure accounts are fully recruited.
• Develop/manage relationships with Operations, Hiring Managers, HR, and the recruiting team.
• Provide recruitment updates and communicate market conditions affecting contractor recruitment.
• Meet Customer Satisfaction objectives with full recruitment of all assigned accounts.
